With the ‘Thin’ series, Juan Salvador shows to be a progressive guitar builder. The 2T is the ‘classical’ example of this. This high-quality instrument with a solid front and back is especially intended for classical guitarists who are on the move, often play amplified or make a lot of recordings. The classic African mahogany neck with an Indian rosewood fingerboard will make the classical guitarist feel right at home. The beautiful build quality and carefully selected tone woods guarantee a phenomenal acoustic sound. For greater playing and wearing comfort, the body with solid spruce top and Indian Rosewood sides and solid back is considerably thinner and there is an elegant cutaway for easy access to the higher positions on the neck. In order to optimize the electrical amplification of the Juan Salvador 2T, the guitar is equipped with the professional Fishman Prefix Pro Blend system that, in addition to an equalizer and a feedback (notch) filter, also has a piezo and a microphone element built-in that with the ‘blend’ function delivers the beautiful sound of a classical guitar in any amplified situation.
