Shipping information

Orders placed on items in stock are usually shipped within 1-2 working days if no custom additions are made. We ship our guitars with PostNL (incl. insurance) inside the Netherlands. For other countries we ship with either UPS, Fedex or DHL (through a third party parcel company).

We always ship our orders fully insured, with signature required upon reception. If for some reason the package is reported missing, A refund will be arranged after the insurance funds are reimbursed to Rock City Guitar Shop.
