 AR503CE  is a beautiful and professional archtop guitar from Eastman. An archtop guitar is exactly what the name implies; in English, archtop means a curved top. Therefore, the soundbox is not straight but curves slightly. Additionally, archtop guitars always feature two F-holes on either side of the bridge. This construction is inspired by violins, as it was found that the F-holes create more space for resonance and projection. A curved top is therefore very important in this regard, because sound waves cannot move properly if the holes do not have rounded edges. However, this also means that archtop guitars are hollow. Consequently, an archtop guitar sounds much more spacious, resonant, and fuller than a solid-body guitar.

The AR503CE is also made of high-quality materials. The guitar features a three-piece maple neck with a traditional C-profile.
